WELCOME

I am honored to serve as Basileus of the Pi Lambda Lambda Chapter (PLL) of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. It is my duty to lead this distinguished chapter in community service and uplift throughout Prince William County, VA, and surrounding areas.

On behalf of the Men of PLL, we appreciate your interest in learning about our dedicated, hard-working chapter. Since its inception in 2004, PLL has set ambitious goals for serving our community and making a positive and significant impact.

In partnership with the George M. Hampton Foundation, we actively engage with local and state government by supporting community service projects, health initiatives, voter registration, mentoring services, and scholarships to graduating seniors. We also showcase their talents through our annual Talent Hunt program.

I encourage you to visit our website for updates on our events and programs. We look forward to your participation in our efforts to impact Prince William County.

On behalf of the @pllques 5K Committee and the George M. Hampton Foundation, we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated, donated, or volunteered to support this year’s 5K Walk/Run.

See you next year.

On September 21st, Pi Lambda Lambda Chapter (PLL) supported the American Diabetes Association’s (ADA) annual Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes in Washington, DC.

PLL has been a long-time supporter of the ADA’s mission to ultimately find a cure for diabetes, which is prevalent in the Black community. Each year, PLL leads a fundraising effort and establishes a Chapter team to participate in the Walk, which was held this year on the National Mall in Washington, DC.

Brother Vernon Campbell spearheaded this year’s fundraiser for the Chapter and organized the team’s effort.  Through his hard work, the Chapter team raised $5,700 for ADA, placing PLL in the top 5 of 94 teams participating in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.  Great work, PLL!
