Omega U is the mentoring and youth development program of
the Pi Lambda Lambda Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.,
serving Prince William County and surrounding communities. The program is
rooted in the Fraternity’s Four Cardinal Principles: Manhood, Scholarship,
Perseverance, and Uplift.
Launched in 2009 at Potomac Middle School in Dumfries, Virginia, Omega U was created to support youth facing academic, social, and environmental challenges—both in and beyond the classroom. Since its inception, the program has grown to 25 locations across Prince William County and has positively impacted more than 1500 students through structured mentoring, enrichment, and leadership development.
Omega U is more than a program; it is a commitment to
mentorship, leadership, and hope. For over seventeen years, we have been providing
consistent mentoring, academic guidance, college exposure, and
character-building experiences.
Through after-school programs, school partnerships, college
and university tours, community service, and life-skills workshops, students
learn leadership, discipline, goal-setting, and perseverance—skills that shape
not only their future, but the strength of our communities.
Every tax-deductible donation helps ensure students have
access to positive role models, safe learning environments, and opportunities
that may otherwise be out of reach. Your support allows Omega U to continue
developing confident, responsible, and service-minded young men who are
prepared for college, careers, and life.
?? Give today. Invest in
mentorship. Help build the next generation of leaders.
