2024 Achievement Week Theme

Established in 1921, Achievement Week is Omega Psi Phi Fraternity's first and longest-standing community service initiative. With the mission to "encourage and support achievement for the collective good among today's youth in communities," Achievement Week is one of Omega's few programs that every Chapter must perform. Held the week during the Organization Founders Day in November annually, Pi Lambda Lambda Chapter (PLL) has crafted a series of programs to advance critical thought and educate to inspire high school and college students in Prince William County, VA. Additionally, the Chapter honors those local leaders who serve the community, in general, and young people, particularly at its annual Founders Program.

Join the Brothers of Pi Lambda Lambda Chapters for a memorable Program at the 2024 Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.'s Achievement Week Celebration. This highly anticipated event will occur on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at the Mount Olive Baptist Church, 1311 Minnieville Road, Woodbridge, VA 22192. The event will kick off at 3:00 PM.

Brother Sherman Charles, the current Grand Keeper of Records and Seal of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., will be the keynote speaker for this year's program.

Prepare to be immersed in Omega Psi Phi Fraternity's rich history and vibrant culture as we celebrate our founding and the contributions of fraternity and community members. Be sure to arrive on time to secure your spot.
